Combloux
See our review of Combloux, suitable for beginners and early intermediates and close to Megève. We loved it for its slopeside access, tree-lined sheltered pistes and friendly,relaxed ambiance.
Valloire
The super village atmosphere at Valloire won us over, and then we discovered the skiing on offer and we were totally convinced. Linked to nearby Valmeinier, there's plenty of terrain for everyone and beginners will enjoy a great choice of green and blue runs.
